Author Guideline

The International Journal of Emerging Research in Computer Science accepts manuscripts submitted as e-mail attachments to editor@ijercs.com or through the Online Submission link available on the journal website.

Authors are encouraged to follow the IJERCS Paper Template to ensure faster processing and publication.

Criteria for Manuscript Submission

  • Submitted manuscripts must be plagiarism-free.

  • Manuscripts must not contain more than 20% AI-generated content.

  • The manuscript must be original and must not have been published or submitted elsewhere.

  • Writing should be clear, concise, and unambiguous.

  • Data presented must be accurate, valid, and reliable.

  • Discussions and conclusions should be logical, well-supported, and based on presented results.

  • Content must be relevant to the field of Computer Science and emerging technologies.

Preparation of Manuscripts

As part of the submission process, authors are required to comply with the following guidelines. Failure to do so may delay review or publication.

Manuscript Structure

Manuscripts should be arranged in the following order:

  1. Title

  2. Abstract

  3. Keywords

  4. Introduction

  5. Materials & Methods / Methodology

  6. Results & Discussion

  7. Conclusion

  8. References

The main manuscript must be prepared strictly according to the IJERCS Paper Template

Manuscript Format

  • Manuscripts must be written in English or Hindi.

  • Submit manuscripts in MS Word format only (.doc or .docx).

  • Follow the IJERCS paper template strictly.

Review and Publication Process

  • All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process by at least two expert reviewers.

  • Acceptance or rejection notifications will be sent via email within 5–15 days of submission.

  • Upon acceptance, authors must submit the following documents along with payment details:

    • Copyright Agreement Form (signed and scanned)

    • Author Undertaking Form (signed and scanned)

    • Payment Proof (for publication charges)

Note: There is no submission or review fee.
A nominal publication fee is payable only after acceptance of the manuscript.

Publication Timeline

Accepted manuscripts will be published within 2–5 days after receipt of all required documents and payment confirmation.
